A common thread that binds all those involved with Stable Table is the 'Freestyle' philosophy, which boils down to something like this: people are ready, willing and able to take on board music and art which dares to reach beyond the narrow confines of marketing friendly pigeon-holing. We figure Quality is Quality no matter where it's coming from.

It's our mission to provide a nurturing environment for our artists and DJs and to give them a robust platform upon which to demonstrate their wide-ranging talents. Everyone working under the Stable Table banner is given the space to be truly innovative, whilst being positively encouraged to be bold, to break new ground, and to smash through genre boundaries as they see fit.

Stable Table knows that success breeds success. With this in mind we like to engender a spirit of healthy competition among our artists. This approach certainly seems to be working; our first signing Hatstandy Andy has been leading the way with a stunning collection of eclectic, groundbreaking dance beats and tunes which have been causing a real stir with industry insiders and partygoers all over London and the South West.

Andy was taking a well-earned breather after a year of intensive writing and production, prior to the imminent release of his 'Freestyle' E.P. However, hearing the latest pioneering demos from label mates One Legged Horse and McVicky has inspired him to get back in the studio and up the ante on innovative quality to even dizzier heights.
